How can I block/unblock cards myself?
You can block and unblock cards by using the Cards feature in the self-service portal. To do this, select the desired card and click the BLOCK or UNBLOCK button in the form.
How can I check and adjust my limit?
You can view and adjust card limits by using the Cards feature in the self-service portal. Select the desired card, modify the daily or monthly limits in the Card Limits table, and save the changes.
What is the maximum possible spending limit for a fuel card?
There is no fixed limit.
What can I pay for with the CRT Partner card?
In Lithuania, the CRT Partner card can be used to pay for fuel, tolls, and products sold at fuel stations. In other countries, it can only be used for fuel payments.
Is the CRT Partner fuel card safe to use?
Yes. All CRT Partner cards are protected by a PIN code. There are two PIN code options available:
Static PIN: a fixed code.
Dynamic PIN: a code valid for one hour, which is sent via SMS or generated in the self-service portal.
How much does a fuel card cost? What administrative fees apply?
CRT Partner cards are issued free of charge. No administrative fees apply.
What discounts will I receive when paying with the CRT Partner card?
We aim to tailor available offers to each client's needs. Every client receives a personalized pricing model designed to maximize their benefits at the most convenient fuel stations. To ensure competitive pricing, we apply wholesale fuel formulas that include raw material, BIO additive costs, transportation expenses, and taxes. This approach allows us to offer market-responsive fuel prices.
How can I order a card?
To order cards, you must have a valid agreement with CRT Partner. Cards can be ordered by using the Order New Card feature in the self-service portal or contacting your account manager.
How do I start using my card?
After receiving a new card, confirm receipt and activate it. To use the dynamic PIN code feature, you must first assign a vehicle registration number and at least one user.
How does a dynamic PIN code work?
Each dynamic PIN code is valid for one hour. It can be used multiple times within that time frame. Dynamic PIN can be received via SMS (by sending the vehicle registration number via SMS to the phone number +370 66841444) or generated in the self-service portal.
