In which countries do your toll devices operate?
Our toll devices are operational in France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Switzerland, Hungary, and Denmark (bridges).
Which vehicles are these devices suitable for?
Our road toll devices are intended for all N2/N3 category vehicles whose maximum technically permissible loaded mass (F1) exceeds 3.5 tons.
How can I obtain a road toll device?
When ordering devices for the first time, your manager requests your company details. A road toll agreement must be signed before placing the order. For subsequent orders, an email request in free form is sufficient.
How long does it take to receive the device after ordering it?
Delivery may take between 2 days and 2 weeks, depending on the recipient's country.
Can I get a detailed report or a summary showing where, when, and how much my vehicle was charged?
Yes. In the self-service portal, you can download a report featuring all the transactions generated by selected vehicles.
Can I transfer a road toll device from one truck to another?
Yes. This requires a written confirmation of the device being assigned to the new vehicle and a copy of the new vehicle's registration certificate. The registration number will be updated, and all networks will be reactivated.
Can I use the road toll device to pay for parking?
Yes. Parking fees are automatically included in the road toll invoice along with toll charges.
